On Saturday, June 20, 2026, we will meet at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the Reformed Catholic Church in Poland at osiedle Powstańców Warszawy 9A.
This will already be the tenth ecumenical liturgy celebrated on the occasion of Poznań Pride – the first one took place in 2016. Over these years, the liturgy has been led by clergy from Churches that publicly support LGBT+ people: the Reformed Catholic Church in Poland, the Evangelical Church in Germany, the Church of England, and the Church of Sweden. The organizer of the event is the Reformed Catholic Church in Poland, and the LGBT+ Christian group Faith and Rainbow has repeatedly been a co-organizer.
Our prayers will not only be a time of support for LGBT+ people, especially those who still experience violence, injustice and discrimination, but also a prayer of thanksgiving for how beautifully and diversely God has made us.
The meeting will last about an hour, so that we may take part together in the Equality March.
The event is organized by Christians and has the character of Christian prayer, but we invite all people of good will, regardless of denomination or beliefs.
The venue can be reached by public transport. Nearby stops include: Wyłom, Św. Leonarda and Al. Solidarności. From the Św. Leonarda and Al. Solidarności stops, wheelchair users can reach the venue without architectural barriers. A few steps lead directly to the chapel; we plan that by the time of the service a ramp for wheelchairs will also be available.
Everyone is welcome!
