We warmly invite you to an ecumenical service on the occasion of Poznań Pride! During the service, we will give thanks to God together for the gift of life and the beauty of human diversity — especially for LGBT+ people. We will offer prayers for all those who experience discrimination, rejection, and a lack of respect. We will particularly remember young LGBT+ people as well as LGBT+ elders.
The Reformed Catholic Church in Poland is a Christian community rooted in the Old Catholic tradition. The Church is known for its openness and inclusivity — it offers the sacrament of marriage to same-sex couples, celebrates naming ceremonies for people in transition, allows the ordination of women, and gives clergy the choice between celibacy and family life. Members of the Church have a real influence on community life through a synodal structure, where decisions are made collectively by the bishop, clergy, and laypeople.
The Reformed Catholic Church in Poland promotes a spirituality rooted in the Gospel, liturgy, and small communities. It is especially close to those who are seeking an open Church that respects diversity and promotes equality.
