LGBTQ+ people are often particularly exposed to stress. A regular yoga practice helps regulate the nervous system, lowers the level of cortisol (the stress hormone), improves overall well-being, and also teaches gentleness towards oneself and strengthens the sense of comfort in one’s own body.
We invite you to a yoga practice at an open level – so that every participating person can take something for themselves from the class. It will be a combination of fluid movement with strengthening and relaxing elements, as well as mindfulness work. All of this will allow us to direct our attention deeper towards ourselves.
If working with the body and movement is close to you, or if you simply want to take better care of yourself and are looking for a way to release stress, you cannot miss it!
There are 25 yoga mats available in the studio, however, if you have your own mat, we encourage you to bring it with you.
Rainbow yoga takes place as part of the Poznań Pride 2026 programme and the W NIEZNANE Dance Festival.
